Singh Pledges to DONATE COUNCIL SALARY
FISHERS, Indiana February 19, 2019
Mr. Gurinder Singh, Republican candidate for City Council of Fishers, has recently announced his pledge to not only to give back to the community through his public service, but to also give back to the first responders of the community through donating his salary received as a council member.
“Those who continue to serve and protect us every minute of every day have an endearing place in my heart,” Singh comments. “Their service goes above and beyond and their service continues to make our community as effective as it can because of the duties of our first responders. This is why I pledge to donate my salary to the organizations which support them. Half will go towards the Indiana Fishers Fire Foundation and half will go the Central Indiana Police Foundation, which provides gunshot trauma kits and other resources.”
Singh looks forward to the opportunity to serve the community through his run for city council. He believes in giving back to the community and wants his actions to speak for it.
